Are you running SeaDAS-8.2.0 on Windows? Can you do SeaDAS-OCSSW -> SeaDAS/System Info and post the result here?

To process SeaDAS OCSSW in Windows, you need the client/server model --https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/client_server/

If you don't want to deal with client/server model, you might want to use the general tool (mosaic) instead of the SeaDAS-OCSSW processors (l2bin & l3mapge). See the other post --viewtopic.php?t=3521
