Hi,

I may need to download Terra geolocation files and found there is a folder of Terra geolocation on oceandata website: https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/directdataaccess/Geo-Location/Terra-MODIS,

but no file inside this folder.

Is this Terra-Geofile folder a relic or it is planned to be filled?

When we reprocess the MODIS Terra ocean color data as part of the R2022 reprocessing effort, we will begin archiving and distributing the geolocation files as we did when we reprocessed MODIS Aqua. So, it's coming...soon.

Thank you for sharing this delightful news that OB will distribute Terra GEO.

I was wondering will these Terra GEO include both day and night granules (all day long), i.e. something like you're working on for Aqua GEO update in the R2022 reprocessing?

Yes, Terra will be handled the same as Aqua.
