I've downloaded Level 2 SST 11 data from April and May 2022, for an area of the Indian Ocean (30-odd files in April following the data outage; 70ish in May). When I request the SST 4 product (on its own) for the same period, I get 'Data are not available on our server at this time'. Is this a general SST4 withdrawal, or was I unlucky?
The SST4 product is available, but if you used the L1/2 browser and only had the 'day' checkbox selected, SST4 would not be found. SST4 is only available at night. Try your query again, but select 'night' on the first page (you'll probably aslo have to click the Reconfigure Page button).
