download of ASTER L2 Surface Reflectance VNIR and Crosstalk Corrected SWIR V003 data

After ordering "ASTER L2 Surface Reflectance VNIR and Crosstalk Corrected SWIR V003" data sets I do always get the message that "...Your request has moved from state PROCESSING to CLOSED"...
But I don´t get a another email with a download link as usual.
Has been something changed in the download procedure?

By the way: There are no emails with download links in the SPAM folder

You will receive an email from Earthdata for tracking progress when orders update. Once you receive an email with "Your request has moved from state PROCESSING to CLOSED" the customer needs to look for an email with a subject line stating "Subject: LP DAAC ECS Order Notification Order ID: ...." That's from "From:
LPDAAC@usgs.gov". That email will have their download links with an expiration date to complete the data download.
I was able to search the LP DAAC Order Manager using your username. Our records show you have two orders that are in a pending status. Once the orders have completed and shipped you will receive the download notification.

I deleted all previous orders for which I got no download link but only the message "Your request has moved from state PROCESSING to CLOSED" . Thus only two pending requests are left in my account.
I hope it works this time.

Good morning,
the same happened again.
I don´t get an email with a download link but only the email with the notification that "Your request has moved from state PROCESSING to CLOSED".
The email with the download link which is usually send before is always missing.

Our system order manager shows there are several completed orders that shipped today. 11/7/2022
To better assist you, please send
lpdaac@usgs.gov your OrderID's and they will request to have the download links resent you.
Have you checked with your system administrator to see if there are any firewall issues that might be blocking emails from the LP DAAC?
The system engineer verified that completed emails have been forwarded to the email on the order.
