broadcast ephemeris switch to long filenames (repro3)

I'm requesting clarification on whether the GPS-only combined broadcast ephemeris files will be adopting the RINEX 3 long filenames as part of the repro3 campaign or if IGS intends to stick with the RINEX 2 short filenames. If long filenames, will they follow the MGEX naming convention as listed at https://igs.org/mgex/data-products/#bce?

We are tracking this. It will be discussed at the IGS Infrastructure Committee meeting in a couple of weeks. Short answer is that everything will eventually be going to long filenames.
