Hello,
As part of a project, I used sentinel-3 OLCI Level 2 (WFR) images. I would like to know if it is possible from these data to bring out the inherent optical property (aph) of chlorophyll in order to make a comparison with the chl-a concentration

Hi,

There is NASA standard Level-2 IOPs for sentinel-3, such as "S3A_OLCI_EFRNT.20180115T000206.L2.IOP.nc" from https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/directdataaccess/Level-2/S3A-OLCI/. Algorithm descriptions for NASA standard IOPs are here: https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/atbd/giop/.

Hello,
Before asking my question, I would like to wish you a Happy New Year 2023. I am personally grateful for the help you are providing us.
So far I have always used windows as an operating system for my research. I seek your knowledge to install seadas on linux in order to use the l2gen algorithm since I am new to this operating system. I need specific instructions. Thank you

Here is the instruction to install SeaDAS processors -- https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/downloads/

P.S. Since this is a separate topic from the original issue, you should post a new question.
