Dear Sir or Madam,
I am trying to download monthly chlorophyll concentration files. Sensor-AQUA/MODIS; Resolution 4 km (https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/l3/order/) - Product status: (Standard) - Resolution: 4 km - Type: Mapped - Data retrieval method: Download - Start Date: 2002-07-04 End Date: 2022-09-30. But when I get an email from data orders saying that my requested files are ready to download and I download it I only get 22 files. What could be happening? I was supposed to receive approximately 238 files considering the requested period. Can you help me?

We have made a correction, if you create a new order for the same period you will receive all of your intended data.
