How to process Sentinel-2 images? (L1C level)

How can I process sentinel-2 images in SeaDas?

I have processed L1C downloaded from the Copernicus hub (https://scihub.copernicus.eu/dhus/#/home) using ACOLITE to retrieve chl-a values. However the products generated in ACOLITE are blank (not usable values).

How can I view normal or true color Sentinel-2 images in SeaDas to then apply an algorithm with the Math Band tool?

With SeaDAS-8.2.0, you can install msis2a(b) processors and do l2gen on msis2a(b) L1C files on command line.

The upcoming SeaDAS-8.3.0 will support installing msis2a(b) processors and l2gen on msis2a(b) with GUI.

You can open an L2 file and use Band Maths tool with SeaDAS --
