Terra MODIS data has been failing in the Level-1 geolocation process starting December 1, 2022 (Day 335) from 03:15 UTC onwards. All Terra MODIS Version 6 and 6.1 data processing is on hold while the geolocation team actively works to resolve the issue.
We apologize for any inconvenience this interruption of service may have caused. Please contact LP DAAC User Services with any questions or concerns.

Does this hold mean the current NRT version of L1A and geofiles on LANCE also not reliable for geolocation?
