Hi @nbgops,
You will receive an email from Earthdata for tracking progress when orders update. Once you receive an email with "Your request has moved from state PROCESSING to CLOSED" the customer needs to look for an email with a subject line stating "Subject: LP DAAC ECS Order Notification Order ID: ...." That's from "From: LPDAAC@usgs.gov". That email will have their download links with an expiration date to complete the data download. I have requested the link from LP DAAC order manager. Please find the link below. Copy and paste the HTTPS URL into the address field of your web browser. Please contact lpdaac@usgs.gov, if you have any questions.
