Hi,
I am trying to download data, with the following order configuration( img_1). now I am just getting an error(img_2).Is there a problem with the server, and I can't download it all the time

Yes, this is a known issue and our web team is looking into it. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

The data download issue is fixed so you should be able to download data now.
