Rate limit specifications for LP DAAC

Hi, I'm trying to download a reasonably large amount of data from LP DAAC and would like to understand any limitations. Additionally, this procedure would run on a semi-regular basis.

I found a thread that stated 100 concurrent requests per IP were available from the LAADS archive. What type of rate limiting is implemented for LP DAAC?

* Does LP DAAC have a similar allowance for concurrent downloads?
* Does LP DAAC offer any recommendations when downloading data in bulk in an automated fashion?
* Is rate-limiting implemented based on IP address or access token?

Any information is appreciated.

Best,
Amit
