Hi,

When I submitted an order to download the AST_05 ASTER emissivity data, it just switched to the webpage reminding me that something went wrong. I made several attempts over different regions, it showed the same error message.

Could you help with this?

Hi @laurencehu What is the timeframe of data you are interested in and what is the error you are seeing?

Please note: Terra ASTER Processing Remains on Hold for Data Acquired after October 23, 2022. If you are looking for data after October 23, 2022 that might be what is causing the error. The timeframe is from 2018/08/01 to 2020/12/31. It was a point search with a latitude of 34.91 and a longitude of - 115.73. The error message was 'We're sorry, but something went wrong. An unknown error occurred. Please refer to the ID 493b9a22-5804-4212-af16-539e663859fc when contacting Earthdata Operations'.

I was successful in searching and submitting an order for the AST_05 Emissivity data with three returned results for your area of interest/time period. Please be sure you are logged in with your Earthdata login.

If you continue to have issues, you might want to try to reset the form that is located in the search results before you click "Done" on the page with options 1. Select a data access method and 2. Configure data customization tab.

These images were also in my search results (as shown in the attachment). However, when I clicked 'Download All', the error webpage just appeared (as shown attachment). Could you please give more detail in terms of how to reset the search form?

Once you click on the "Download All" tab the next page will have the "Reset Form" tab. You might want to clear your cache and reboot your system to clear any cached searches. The browser that I had used was Firefox, however it also worked on Chrome.
