Hello,
I have read the documentation on l2gen but practically putting the sentinel-3 data I can't get there if anyone can help me.

Hello,
I understand that you are trying to do l2gen for sentinel 3 data. If you haven't read it, this page should be helpful to you:

There is also a video with an example of using l2gen (

Please make sure you have olcis3a and/or olcis3b installed.
Also choose xfdumanifest.xml (with absolute path) as ifile on l2gen GUI
