Collocate multiple images

Hello,
I have 100s of images that I have reprojected to geographic projection. I want to collocate all these images so that they are mapped on the dame lat-lon grid. I have done limited collocations using SeaDAS GUI, I was wondering if I can do this in a linux batch process. I tried to search in 'gpt cookbook' but can not find it.

Collocate deals with two files. You might want to try Mosaic?
