Good news, but the link has .com instead of .gov, which gets you to a parkingcrew.net site.

Websites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for seadas.gsfc.nasa.com. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.parkingcrew.net, parkingcrew.net
