MOD05 hdf to tiff

by joejoe03050709 » Sun Mar 26, 2023 3:08 am America/New_York

How should I define the coordinate system parameters and matrix size when using matlab to convert hdf files into Geotiff files. Because I use the latitude and longitude of the four vertices in the hdf file and the size of the hdf file to define the coordinate system, and then use geotiffwrite to get an image of the same position and size, but the data fills the entire rectangle, not the fan-shaped image obtained by REVIEW & ORDER. Or is there a way to batch convert different regions, because toolboxes like HEG can only batch process hdf files in the same region

Good Morning,
We might have some alternative options also, what specific data product are you working with?
Thanks,
Brett
