I got this point-level LST data as the LST value is given in the Kelvin unit. So, The value of ID WW307 has 246.94, which is about -26.21°C.
Is it possible? In some points of this same area, I found -45°C. Or did I miss something?
I am trying to get the LST value of my 50-meter diameter forest plot. For that, I took the coordinate of the plot center and tried to find the pixel's LST value so I could find the LST over that forest plot. Am I going in the right direction?

Many thanks for considering my request.

Hi @prakash_basnet could you please post the list of granules where you are seeing this? Our science team would like to look more but we want to make sure we are looking at the same data. An example would be: ECOv002_L2T_LSTE_26474_012_32UNC_20230308T004833_0710_01 Did you access the data from AppEEARS or Earthdata Search? Thank you!

Hello,
A single tile can cover my whole study area. Here is one example of granules. I have attached all granules in attachment.
ECOv002_L2T_LSTE_26216_010_32UNC_20230219T093144_0710_01_LST

I accessed those data from AppEEARS, point-level data from 1/12/2022 to 15/3/2023.

Here are some attachments regarding the data access.

Thanks, Have a nice weekend.

Hello,
Sorry for the delay on this. We were in contact with the Ecostress Science team, and we are quite sure this is a cloud top issue. I double checked with MODIS data for that time an area and MODIS called it fill because of cloud issues
Thanks,
Brett

Thanks for your response. I also thought similarly, but the database marked it as 'quality data.'
I am new to ECOSTRESS world. So, How can I ensure the quality LST data of my study location? Is there any rule-of-thumb method to ensure valid LST data? Which data should I eliminate for my study?

Is there any idea?
Please suggest me in this regard.

Thanks again!

Hi @prakash_basnet Quality information for this dataset, including the bit definition index for the quality layer, is provided in Section 2.4 of the User Guide. https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/documents/1574/ECOL2_User_Guide_V2.pdf
