no more MODIS data in our subscriptions since April 3rd

by jstum » Fri Apr 07, 2023 3:18 am America/New_York

Hello,

The last data on our NRT MODIS L1A subscriptions (n°1661 and 3151) are from April 3rd, (probably linked to the server maintenance ?), whereas the direct data access directory is up to date.
Could you have a look at it ?

Thank you,

Jacques

Same here, we have 92 modis l0 subscriptions affected. I'm nervous if this pause is extending to the weekend, hope not.

Ditto here, have not been able to login even to get to our subscriptions, just hangs and gives error page. Notification said down Apr. 4-5, and now it is Apr. 7th. Please advise as to when it will be up and running and caught up. Thank you.
