GEDI V2 Above Ground Biomass Density Available for October through December 2022

by ORNL - mthornton » Mon Apr 17, 2023 3:14 pm America/New_York

The ORNL DAAC has released new GEDI Level 4A Footprint Level Aboveground Biomass Density granules for October 26 through December 12, 2022 (GEDI mission weeks 203 through 210). The GEDI L4A data provides predictions of the aboveground biomass density (AGBD; in Mg/ha) and estimates of the uncertainty within each sampled geolocated laser footprint.

The data is available through various NASA Earthdata tools and services, including Earthdata Cloud, OpeNDAP, and Harmony.

Tutorials and a NASA Earthdata Webinar describe access to GEDI data at the ORNL DAAC.
