Has the band value data with spatial resolution of 250m in MOD09GQ been processed for clouds and snow?

It has not been processed for clouds and snow. Pixel level QA information from clouds are stored in the MOD09GA 1KM State flags. MODIS Surface Reflectance does not view cloud pixels as bad but rather a state of being. So it collects the reflectance off of cloud tops or snow just as it would dry ground.
