Is there any documentation or any other information regarding how the 2012 and 2016 Black Marble based Earth at Night images were composed. Specifically, I am interested in figuring out the additional filtering applied to the raw data. The pixels appear to be coarser than the VNP46A4 type products and also there appears to be sharpening and smoothing applied consecutively.
