Subscriptions not updating
Hey there!
We've got several subscriptions configured (one such example is 1403).
When accessing the subscriptions via the dashboard at https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/subscriptions/list/ or using wget, we've not seen any data for any of our 25 Data Subscriptions since 18th April.
The majority are MODIS-Terra, but the same is happening with VIIRS too.
Is there a known issue with subscriptions currently?
Thanks,
Chris

Checking 1403, it expired on 4/18/23:
sub_id: 1403
expire_date: 2023-04-18 16:40:22.710
You were sent email asking you to confirm it.

Re: Subscriptions not updating
Thanks, Tommy!
I did not get those emails; I'll resolve that on our side, but I can't access the information in those emails right now.
I don't see any end dates in the dashboard; if I set a new end date in the future, will that renew the subscriptions?

Re: Subscriptions not updating
You need to keep track of which subscriptions or orders are under which email accounts. The only data under your user: chrishawes is an extraction order #3891, which expired 4/20. This is the email to check for that order. Communications about the other data will be sent to the email used to open that order/subscription.

Re: Subscriptions not updating
Can you provide a list of the expired subscription ids?
Thanks.
