It appears that the subscription was not confirmed before the expiration date:

The expire notification would have been sent to the email address registered with the Earthdata account that owns the subscription (contains string, amefishing).

I have changed the email address for the Earthdata account to the one you specified and renewed the subscription. If you log into the Data Dashboard you should see your renewed subscription.
