ATMWARN not used in VIIRS PIC l2bin flags

Hi,

I found in SeaDAS OCSSW sources that in the share/viirs/l2bin_defaults_PIC.par file the flaguse parameter does not contain the ATMWARN flag, is this normal? because it is present for modis and seawifs and also enabled on https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/atbd/ocl2flags/ "L3 Mask Default"

Indeed, there is a discrepancy with the VIIRS PIC flaguse parameter. The good news is that the impact is insignificant. There is an extremely small number of pixels flagged as ATMWARN that are not also flagged by another of the flags in use as masks for the product.
