Hello all, I am working on using remote sensing images to identify a small eddy current off the Long Island Sound in New England. The image here is exactly the kind I'm looking to produce: https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/gallery/494/.
I was wondering if someone could give me a hint about how to produce this image off the MODIS-AUQA data.(How should I acquire the raw data, where to process the file etc)
Thanks!
