Please see these collections available from the
ORNL DAAC:
Global Mangrove Loss Extent, Land Cover Change, and Loss Drivers, 2000-2016
Global Mangrove Distribution, Aboveground Biomass, and Canopy Height
You can search "mangrove" for other datasets, but these provide data from the Venezuelan eastern coast.
These same data, and perhaps others related to your needs, are also available by searching "mangrove" from the
NASA Earthdata Search
