Request for water leaving radiance and normalized water leaving radiance of particular region-MODIS aqua

Dear Sir,
Good morning, I am a research scholar, I want, water leaving and normalized water-leaving radiance and reflectance also of a particular region as mentioned below. How to get please guide me. I need time series data from 2003-2022. monthly or annual mean data.

If not possible on this platform, please guide me, on how to get it

There are many ways to get the data you need. We provide reflectance, but it's not difficult to get normalized water-leaving radiance from reflectance.

For monthly and/annual mean, you can also use level 3/4 browser: https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/l3/
