Sentinel Toolboox errror in the wind field estimation tool

I'm having trouble generating a wind field estimate for a sentinel 1 image over the coast of Brazil using the Wind field estimation tool on SNAP, instead of creating arrows pointing the direction of the wind the tool generates a shape like an asterisk or a star.I've tried asking this on the ESA STEP forum, but english isn't my first language and i can't find how to create a new post on the website.

It seems that you need to have an account with STEP forum. You need to read a few posts before you can create new topics on the STEP forum
