SeaDAS on Apple M1 Chip?

by mitchtork » Fri Jun 09, 2023 9:10 am America/New_York

Is SeaDAS compiled so that it may be installed on Apple M1 chip Macbooks? So that processing from L1 to L2 to L3 is possible?

There is not a V tag that works on M1, but you can try T2023.8 - T2023.14

You can install SeaDAS on M1. But there is extra requirements to run SeaDAS processors (OCSSW) on M1 -- https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/downloads/

You can also try to run SeaDAS processors on with docker
