Starting at GPS week = 2238, the IGS switched the file name format of many of its products to a different, longer format. So, the file is no longer available in the short name format. For more information, please go to https://igs.org/products/#orbits_clocks.

New long name = IGS0OPSRAP_yyyyddd0000_01D_15M_ORB.SP3.gz
