Yes, that link is the same txt file but only for some days not all of the days. Even without "--content-disposition", I have the same problem.

valipour, Every "get data" search at disc.gsfc.nasa.gov returns a Job ID that is seen in the lower right corner of the window with the search results. Without this Job ID, it is not possible to troubleshoot what particular download was attempted. The Job ID is valid for two days. There are currently no known issues with IMERG downloads.

it contains all 7792 IMERGDF files.

On a multi-user Windows PC, if I want to use cookies, I need to use my profile %USERPROFILE%, because most likely C:\ is protected.
I used my Earthdata user_id, and the above list of files saved in the local temp.txt:

wget --load-cookies %USERPROFILE%\.urs_cookies --save-cookies %USERPROFILE%\.urs_cookies --keep-session-cookies --user=<user_id> --ask-password -i temp.txt

No file was missed in the download.
