I have been trying to download various ASTER datasets and up until now, have not had any issues. However, recently when I try to download a dataset I am prompted to sign-in again in a new tab. When I enter my credentials they are not accepted by the system and I am prompted to sign-in again over and over.
Any ideas?

@drbry I am sorry for the issues you are experiencing. To better assist you, please send us the ASTER data set and area of interest. I will try to duplicate the issue. However, I was able to submit an order for ASTER L1A and L1B data products on Earthdata search.
There could be various reasons as to why your credentials are looping the system. Have your tried to clear your browser cache or reboot? You can also try the "Reset form" next to the "Done" tab on the option page.
