Error downloading data from OBDAAC/Ocean Color

Hi! I have been trying to extract chlorophyll level and SST data from the OBDAAC for a Bay of Biscay research project using the Level 3 & Level 4 browser and AQUA MODIS sensor. This would be for an annual period of 2007-2022. However, every time I attempt to extract the files I am given the following error:

Ocean Biology Distributed Active Archive Center (OB.DAAC)
We are sorry, but an error has occurred. Please use the back button to return to the previous page

Does anyone know why this is? Any help is appreciated!

Thanks so much for reporting! We made some updates to our site and one file still needed to be tweaked for the Level 3 & 4 browser. It should be working now to properly accept extraction requests.
