create new subscriptions not working

Dear Support,

Click "Start Date" or "End Date", the calendar doesn't pop up. Click any sensor, the configuration window doesn't pop up, either.
And, where can I access the "Subscriptions" or "Data Dashboard" from the new home page?

My subscriptions are working, but I also can't find working links to the data dashboard to check on orders or the subscription manager. Any ideas on updated links is much appreciated. Thanks,

If you navigate on https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov to Data > Data Services, you will find links to the data dashboard (for subscriptions, orders, and regions) or directly to the subscriptions management tool.
