Unable to download/The order has failed to process

Hi,

I am trying to download L2A and L2B data but I'm running into some problems. It is either the order processes successfully but when I try to down load the zip file it says 'failed - network error or the site (https://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/ops/esir/59696.zip) cannot be reached.
The second case is where the order does not process. It simply says - failed (Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 152.61.4.183:443).

I have been battling with this for about two days now. Initially, I thought it was my computer or connection but I have changed different work stations and locations but the problem still persist.

hello @chidi_mma The LP DAAC typically has planned maintenance on Wednesdays from 8 am - 1 pm Central and this can impact downloads, depending on what is being worked on. Please try your download again and let me know if you are still having issues.
