SeaDAS can do l2gen on OCM2 L1B files.
Your ifile will be something like that OC2_OPER_OCM2_LA_1B_20210512T134221_20210512T134550_061616_0001_0010_0141/PRODUCT1/O2_12MAY2021_001_010_LAP_L1B_ST_S.hdf

SeaDAS is a comprehensive software package for the processing, display, analysis, and quality control of ocean color data. You can download SeaDAS here https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/
If you would like to do l2gen on OCM2 L1B files, you need to install OCM2 processors -- https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/downloads/
Then yo can do l2gen. Here is the help page for l2gen -- https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/help-8.3.0/processors/ProcessL2gen.html
