Hi there
I am wanting to download individual MODIS Aqua or TERRA bands 1 to 7 and 17 18 19 31 and 32. I am wondering if someone can tell me if it is possible to download the individual bands and if so, how?

You can extract each layer by performing parameter subsetting using LAADS Post-Processing tools from LAADS “Find Data” Interface:
