CERES BDS

For SW, what should I do if I want to convert radiance(CERES_SW_Filtered_Radiances_Upwards) to SW reflectance?

Thank you sir,
I calculated the reflectance based on this formula(https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/help-8.2.0/rad2refl/Rad2ReflAlgorithmSpecification.html#:~:text=The%20conversion%20from%20TOA%20radiance,the%20inverse%20of%20this%20equation). There is no E in the CERE SBDS data, so I calculated E using formula E=integral(SRF*E0)/integral(SRF). Is it correct to use this formula to calculate E? Because the reflectance value I calculated does not look correct. The cloud area has a reflectance of more than 2.5, and the reflectivity of the bare soil area is also above 0.5.
