Appears is still not able to retrieve the most recent MOD13Q1 DOY 241 which is available since last friday September, 15th.

I am not sure what happened on the 18th, I do see your order returned 0 granules, but it looks like your order from the 20th brought back all the expected tiles. There may have been a delay between when the dta was available in the Data Pool to when it was available in the cloud. Thanks for your patience.
