Hello,
In one of your posts, you mentioned that "the Global Ecosystem Dynamics Investigation (GEDI) Version 1 data products were decommissioned on February 15, 2022", does this mean we can not request GEDI Raw Waveform (L1A) anymore or there is some improved/ newer version of L1A raw product that we can request?
I also read about GEDI02_Av002 product which states "The purpose of the GEDI Level 2A Geolocated Elevation and Height Metrics product (GEDI02_A) is to provide waveform interpretation and extracted products from each GEDI01_B received waveform, including ground elevation, canopy top height, and relative height (RH) metrics.", does it mean it is not the RAW GEDI waveform? Is there any way to request Raw GEDI waveform?

Hello @adealahmed All of the datasets that were available as Version 1 are still available from the LP DAAC as Version 2. We did not previously have a Level 1 A Version 1 dataset available in our archive. The Level 1 B data product contains the waveforms that we believe you are looking for. If you do in fact need raw data, please write in to the LP DAAC at lpdaac@usgs.gov to explain what you are trying to do with the data and we can see if we can help you achieve your goal. Thank you.
