MODIS SST Product Algorithm

Where can I learn about MODIS L3 SST product, its algorithm principle, and how to calculate sea surface temperature through the process? I would like to know the principle formula of this product. Could you please inform me of its source

You can start with MODIS ALGORITHM THEORETICAL BASIS DOCUMENT (ATBD), see https://modis.gsfc.nasa.gov/data/atbd/atbd_mod25.pdf. The MODIS L3 SST is just gridded version of MODIS L2. PO.DAAC has archived over 50 MODIS L3 SST products (https://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/cloud-datasets?search=modis&view=list&ids=Processing%20Levels&values=3%20-%20Gridded%20Observations).
