IS there a L2 Product of EMIT Data useful for ocean plankton detection

Dear readers,
We are creating a model that employs hyperspectral L2 satellite data to identify the prevailing class of plankton in the North Sea and Baltic Sea.
Our algorithm was tested on a scene from Enmap; however, coverage over the targeted area is currently restricted. We therefore find EMIT's many scenes across the Dover Strait interesting.
Based on the description of the EMIT L2 product, it is not applicable for our algorithm's input as it requires the atmosphere and adjecency corrected water leaving reflectance.
We desire to integrate EMIT data, which has already been gathered, with the upcoming PACE and EnMAP coverage.
Is it possible to obtain a L2 product for aquatic scenes using EMIT data?

Sorry, but there is not any EMIT data processes over water or for water.
