georeference of ECO2LSTE v001
I want to use ECO2LSTE v001 data (https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/products/eco2lstev001/#nav-heading), however, there is no coordinate system with it. So, I found ECO1BGEO v001 data (https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/products/eco1bgeov001/), which says the ECO1BGEO data product should be used to georeference the ECO1BRAD, ECO2CLD, ECO2LSTE, ECO3ANCQA, ECO3ETPTJPL, ECO4ESIPTJPL, and ECO4WUE data products.
But, when I load ECOSTRESS_L1B_GEO_08052_009_20191207T040051_0601_01.H5:0 into ArcMap, this image appered in the sea, which is totally incorrect.(see attached file)
So I want to ask what is the correct and convenient way to add right coordinate system like Albers_Conic_Equal_Area to my LST images.
Thanks.

Hello,
It can be somewhat problematic to work with without it being georectified. Could you take a look at our AppEEARS tool: https://appeears.earthdatacloud.nasa.gov
AppEEARS makes data like Ecostress so uch easier to work with. You can subset, project and reformat just to name a few and you do not need to download the geolocation file. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Brett

Hi, thanks for your suggestion. It worked well.
However, I found another question on the AppEEARS that the contents of granule list and SDS-QC-Statistics-QA csv in the supporting files are different from the download list. Like my request ID b9dca3ed-8174-4118-9beb-66d06a6b0129, below are pictures of QC-Statistics-QA csv, granule list and downlad list, respectively. The missing images of them are all different. I want to know why and how I can solve with it as I need the images observed on 20190610T034201 as well, but on this platform I cannot get it now.

Re: georeference of ECO2LSTE v001
Hi,
It is not unusual to have more QA files then data files. Because the AppEEARS uses the Geolocation files in itzs search, so it will bring back the QAs for any file that intersects with your AOI. However, not every file will have all the different data products produced from it, but it will have a geolocation file.
AppEEARS searched for granules intersecting with your area with an additional buffer and it found 128 source granules for your query. There are (128 LSTE +128 geolocation). From those source granules, output files are generated only for the one that intersect with your region. Additionally, output file will not be generated if all the values in the clipped file is NAs.
Note: there are ECOSTRESS granules with LST as NA but QC is generated. that is why you got 76 output files for LST but 81 output files for QC.

Hi, @muqian1207!
HETIC (HDF-EOS Tools & Information Center) added ECO2LSTE examples.
http://hdfeos.org/zoo/index_openLPDAAC_Examples.php#ECOSTRESS
We hope that our new examples can help your research.
For example, you can cross-examine ArcMap visualization result
by generating Albers Equal Area projection plots using Python.
Sincerely,
