The MODIS data was unable to generate orders. After selecting the basic information for the data, it showed loading, but when it reached 85%, the webpage refreshed and the progress became 0%, resulting in the inability to generate orders and download the data.Where did I go wrong in my operation? Or, how could I resolve this issue?

We just tried a query like you were trying and could not reproduced your error. We could order data without any issue (see attached). You may want to retry after clearing your browser's history or can try in another browser.
