snpp-viirs sst 8day files

I've noticed that two 8-day sst files are not available from snpp-viirs: 05 Aug - 12 Aug (2023) and 21 Aug - 28 Aug (2023). The last SST file currently is 23 Sep - 29 Sep (2023). Since the daily files exist, I'm guessing this is just a hiccup. Thx. Robert

There were a couple of partial L1A files that were holding things up. They should be published soon.
