OCSSW satellite validation matchup tools: val_extract failed

Hi!
Thanks for assisting with this. The change from the python script in /Users/Anna/SeaDAS/ocssw/ocssw_src/src/matchup_tools/mk_matchup.py to the executable in /Users/Anna/SeaDAS/ocssw/bin/make_matchup still prompts the same error. I'd like to share with you the under "$full_path_nc_file" (AQUA_MODIS.20110520T132501.L2.OC.nc) and the file under "$full_path_seabass_file" (matchup_entries.sb) so that you can replicate my error. Problem is that the "Attachments" only accept files with extensions gif, png, jpeg, jpg, tif, tiff, tga, pdf. How can I share with you files with .nc and .sb extensions?

Thanks, Anna for sharing the content of matchup_entries.sb. I did replicate the error. It seems val_extract got called, but returned with error, and the error message was not helpful.

We are investigating the issue.
