Dear all;
I am trying to download GEDI data for an area given by a shape file. I could download granules data. When I start downloading the GEDI h5 files, I get h5 files written Forbidden inside. Namely, I cannot download the data, I get a Forbidden error. What is the problem here? Am I doing sth wrong?

Hi @role_model Could you please let us know which GEDI dataset(s) you are trying to download (I.e. GEDI01_B, GEDI02_A, etc) and how you are trying to access them? (i.e. Data Pool, NASA Earthdata Search, etc)

I am downloading GEDI Level 4 a dataset GEDI04_A.
Before I was able to download, I didn't have any problems.

Hi @role_model, Are you still seeing the "Forbidden error" when downloading GEDI L4A files using Earthdata search? I tried downloading this morning, and I could download the files successfully. Let us know if you are still seeing the issue.
