I can't find can't find MODIS land surface temperature and vegetation index data in Giovanni now. I used Giovanni to process MODIS LST and NDVI a few months ago, but now all these data disappeared from Giovanni. Is this issue temporary? Any information about this issue are appreciated.

Due to changes at the data center which provides the NDVI data, we can no longer use the search method that was used by Giovanni to find the data according to the user specifications. NDVI data can be visualized with Worldview (https://worldview.earthdata.nasa.gov ) , and the data is actually from the LPDAAC, https://lpdaac.usgs.gov. The LPDAAC has a data tool, AppEEARS, that may be useful for your research efforts. https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/tools/appeears/.
Version 6.1 of the MOD13C2 product can be searched for via Earthdata Search at https://search.earthdata.nasa.gov/ , and data files containing all of the variables can be downloaded. Data files can be subsetted to obtain only the CMG_0_05_Deg_Monthly_NDVI variable via the LPdaac OPeNDAP at
https://opendap.cr.usgs.gov/opendap/hyrax/DP137/MOLT/MOD13C2.061/ .
