error downloading NLDAS - File not available

I have successfully retrieved the links to download the precipitation variable from
NLDAS Primary Forcing Data L4 Hourly 0.125 x 0.125 degree V002 (NLDAS_FORA0125_H 002)
but the links lead to e.g. "Sorry, NLDAS_FORA0125_H.A20220201.0600.002.grb.SUB.grb is not available for downloading" message.
